It's easy for me to love what I do because I am helping people achieve their dreams-in this case, the dream of owning a home. A home is not just a roof over your head; for most people, it symbolizes the love of family, stability, and a sound investment. I feel honored to have helped so many people make this significant investment a reality. My competitive nature comes into play every time I negotiate a deal, search for a home that will fit my clients' needs, or match a buyer to a home they'll love. I love to win for my clients!

After a successful career as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser where I appraised over 12,000 homes in the San Diego County, I became a full-time Realtor. My background in appraisal is of tremendous value to my clients - I know home areas and values very well! This unique insight allows me to price properties at the highest value the market will bear so they'll sell as quickly and easily as possible. It also helps me guide and counsel my buyer clients to submit competitive purchase offers.

I am a native San Diegan and received my bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.  My husband and I have raised our two sons here in our beautiful city. We have been involved in many school activities, sports, and fundraising.
